The only positive aspect I would see about the adoption of #article13 is the obvious boost it would give to the development and advance of decentralized technologies -where upload filter won't exist-. go #Peertube, #Fediverse, #Mastodon, etc.!

Do you think relocation is a feasible solution? I feel it would mean a lot of effort.

Civil disobedience... well, this would definitely be used against those involved, e.g. to picture them as criminals and to compare them to, say, pedophiles (like it already is with cryptocurrencies).
