This isn't entirely true. Initially if someone doesn't like me, I try to find out why, and if it's because of something I actually did. If so, and it's something I need to apologise for, I do that, and make genuine effort to do better.
Ultimately of course there are some people who you just don't click with, or who connections still won't work out with.
