I keep banging on about Yara Asmar #YaraAsmar and her beautiful debut album because it’s wonderful and because I think she’s got great things ahead of her.
She recorded this collaborative performance with electronic musician Sary Moussa, and Bethlehem-based tenor of the Greek Orthodox chorus of the Nativity church Laurence Samour in Oscar Niemeyer’s abandoned modernist dome in Tripoli for #LeGuessWhoFestival and you can now watch & listen at your leisure:
