Dear Tech companies,
When I call tech support for a basic problem like account setup, having someone who is clearly grasping at straws to figure it out is not helpful at all. Why do your front line support staff not have an in-depth knowledge of the absolute basics? I'm not asking anything special here, just a hand setting up a standard config.
You might be asking, why haven't you checked the documentation? Oh, I have. And I followed every single step. Your documentation is garbage. It's missing critical information and has a pile of extraneous information that merely confuses the situation.
So again, I ask, why the hell is basic setup so hard? You're lucky I don't control the purse strings because I'd yeet your product into the sun and find an alternate way to do this, even if it means I have to write my own tools. This is ridiculous.
