Don't need ground work. There's a very convenient concrete base out back in the perfect location.
Without a doubt the hardest piece of furniture I've ever made. Welded steel frame, top made from very old Tasmanian hardwood rescued from a barn. I only have basic woodworking hand tools so most of it was planed/cut/sanded/filed/etc by hand.
Getting the angled legs right and just the amount of sanding/filing required to make it look all smooth took more hours than I can count.

The windmill is completed. To finish it I added Diogo Jota's name on two of the blades and painted the letters green to blend with red to honour his time playing for Portugal The Liverbird and You'll never walk alone is on both sides of the windmill.
