In the even that it is indeed illegal, does anyone know how to make a polymorph spell permanent and uncleansable? Asking for scientific reasons

What if they are fascinated by our ability to Die and escape the boundaries of this Universe, and are trying to find a way to get out of this Dimension because there are no more Vessels which can bear them out of here?
What if the whole thing is just one big metaphor for the permanent damage inflicted upon the land and the consequences for a people when they destroy the systems that support their biome?

When people say they have a hard time believing in magick, I don't argue with them. I mean how am I supposed to explain that I can taste the Divinity in Honey and Oats? To explain that you can reach a point where you remember how these commodities were once objects of intense devotion and worship with just a taste? Do I really think I'm gonna be the one who builds the bridge across languages that can only be fashioned from bricks of personal experience? No, I really don't think I'm up to that task. Better to wait for them to figure out how to mix their own mortar of intention and reflection to put it all together.
Next time someone really gets on your nerves try saying:
"That's a big thought for someone who only perceives one dimension."
or something like that.
