I finally ran speed tests on the 4G LTE wifi hotspot for low income people. At midnight in a mid-size metro area at full signal I got 60Mbps down & 5Mbps up. The device was in a 2nd floor window.

In a smaller town I saw a little slowness at prime time but nothing bad. It works on the Sprint network and is real unlimited data. Proof of income required.
