Actually did breathwork and cold shower exposure this morning for the first time in a while. Actually felt pretty good

Still with the daily #wimhof breathing practice... among other meditation practices too now
This week with the later schedule has started to suck - feeling totally overwhelmed and behind now. But I'm keeping up with breathing practice and morning workouts at least
Taking a break from everything for awhile - but I'm still keeping my breathing practice. No apps, no, feeds, updates, streams - just me on my own
