Yes, the Kickstarter for the printed edition ended horribly and the author ended up putting it into a Creative Commons license and took it off of DriveThruRPG, but that means that you can have it for free. And you want it – because it's all about being a group of general dungeon inhabitants doing dungeon inhabitant things.
"But wait," I hear you say, "I wanted to be an undead master of evil!"
You want Wicked Ones: Undead Awakening, which is exactly that. Taking over the world as one of the most horrific creatures in it, one step at a time.
The problem is – that one is still copyright by its author who is different than the author of Wicked Ones, and while he still has the rights to sell and distribute it (and the original author of WO gave his explicit permission to bundle in that text), for the last little bit it hasn't been available either. Outside of sailing the seven seas, which one could entirely be forgiven for doing because there is currently no way to give the author money in exchange for his work.
Google is your friend. You won't have to leave the front page.
But it is exactly what you asked for.

It's a library. Unfortunately the number that are unplayed is significant.
But a recent acquisition that I'm looking forward to at some point?
I admit that I have a certain affinity for characters with questionable morality in settings of dubious moral alignment. Give me the opportunity to play Dungeon Keeper or reign as a necromancer? I'm your huckleberry. Every time.

Gestern endete unsere #WickedOnes Runde mit einem großen Knall und Epilog. Nun ist bis Ende September Pause und dann geht's mit #SwordsAndWizardry weiter, um einen Abenteuerschauplatz von mir zu testen und #OSR in der Gruppe zu erproben. Wird wohl damit nicht enden und ich bin gespannt, worauf wir ab Oktober/November Lust haben.
Kampagnen zu beenden, ist immer cool und befreiend. :)
