This makes me incredibly sad. I was a client there in the 90s-early 00s when I was a young woman needing care. They were wonderful.

Migrating my domain from Dreamhost to whc.ca; so far, not at all impressed. The website for managing the server, website, email, etc. isn't working, and support seems busy or understaffed.

Worst case, I guess I can swap it back and demand a refund, but I'm trying to move my stuff into Canada.

My website and family email are down until this gets resolved because they moved the domain and DNS. Nothing else working.
