Dang, I had a wing dinger day. By that I mean I did alot and it was great. I exercised and stretched for 50 minutes, ate healthy breakfast, worked on my new "singing pants" design and finished a 2nd pair. Then I went to the store for a few groceries, researched a few things for the spouse, cleaned the stovetop and oven, read over the minutes of the last chorus board meeting, layed down in the sun with our cat, prepped for dinner with apple slaw, cucumber salad, pork loin and cacio e pepe. It was a good one.
#whatididtoday #crafts #airplants I saw an air plant display that was cool so I ordered a bunch of different plants. I hot glued the holders in the prob vain hope that it will slow the cats down and last a little longer. The pretty orange and some of the black stones are from Joshua Tree. The plan at the front to the right is in bloom. Behind the plants is my eight bit fireplace. Gas is much too expensive for the real thing.
Each day, I try to share three things I like/enjoy/am grateful for as my contribution to a positive space. (H/T

Here’s today’s list:

1) Started a brand new jigsaw puzzle
2) Started a huge new book of nonograms
3) Finished some leftover work stuff so I don’t have to think about it anymore this week

Explaining to a non-Jewish acquaintance that the fact that Ch*pelle is a comedian and "isn't trying to be malicious" has literally nothing to do w/ his antisemitic screeds

@lain Speaking as the guy who deals with all the plumbing issues at our house--when this happens, get a wire coat hanger, and bend it into an "L". Use it to chop up the (ahem) object, and the issue will be solved. Take the used hanger and drop in the outside garbage can.
