Reviewing the #wardleymap related to car manufactures.

Some updates on:
- The need of move and the need of drive a car are part of mobility
- The capital flows now make the "car" to be a high value product
- But the move towards other type of mobility services (where the volumes are increasing) are making the car to lose market share

What can the Car Manufactures do? I identify 2 choices.

80% projects fail, this is norm, they're not defective. What makes the 20% exceptional?

One lens to use: Structure components of project as a map--not a graph--where position/space reflects maturity on inventing-to-well-understood axis. Each position area has their own better and weaker approach, from in-house development to off the shelf (and extensive configure) to commodity just buy it.
