Repairing an old window is - actually - surprisingly easy. We need some good tools and a great radio station listening to while doing the work. Anyone can do it.
And when we have learned how to do it, we are forever discovering how many ugly, dead new windows there are out there.

I am sure a carpenter would have done a better job, but doing it myself was a greater win.

When I say new window, I mean an old but larger window than the one I had. I hate windows produced after, let’s say, the 1990ies. Only shit.
