After unpacking our bikes, and bending back the derailleurs and dropouts into shape with my handy mini #vicegrips, we recovered in #Ostia before setting off to discover coastal #Italy. Bit of a cutter shock after #Japan to be honest, rubbish everywhere, lots of grumpy people (I do understand the anti tourist sentiment) and campgrounds not yet open.
