Is it Valentine's Day across the globe today?

Just curious if it's a global rip off day or more localised. I'm in the UK. Not sure if it's celebrated everywhere on the same day.

I've never (as an adult) joined in the phenomenon. I don't need an enforced day to celebrate my affection for another.
