Many of your customers might not understand your #ux patterns. Patterns that you think are intuitive to anyone. You absolutely have to do #uxtesting if you want your software to be accessible. Hallway testing is very cheap and effective. Focus group testing is even better. Often 6 to 8 people are enough to find common pain points. #uxdev
