In last night’s #UnspunWorld, John Simpson said that more people in Europe and North America needed to feel the pain before more’s done about the looming #ClimateCatastrophe we face.

According to today’s @TheGuardian (below), over 20,000 people died across western Europe in this summer’s heatwaves, so I wonder what it’ll take before pain is considered to be felt.
