In the late 90s I picked up an album on CD at a church rummage sale—The First Band On The Moon by the Cardigans. I recalled their big hit single on it called Lovefool, so I thought "Why not?" The song that really caught me by surprise was their cover of Black Sabbath's Iron Man. It was such a fresh and interesting take on a song that I had never cared for.

For me it's the latest Arch Enemy song To The Last Breath. I have stopped listening to Arch Enemy after Angela Gossow left (15 years ago, waw!) but I was curious to listen to the new singer. I am happily surprised, I really like it! I don't really listen to melodic death metal anymore but sometimes I feel like it and the song will be on my playlist :)
