My White Horse Hill #GreetingsCards collection has expanded: "Long Grass at White Horse Hill", and "#WhiteHorse, Brown Hare" is joined by "Wayland's Smith Magic" and "Skylark and White Horse".
They were created thanks to a request from the lovely people at the Vale and Downland Museum in #Wantage, who stock my cards in their shop. But you don't have to get to Wantage to get some. They're in my digital boutique right now.

“Long Grass at #WhiteHorseHill” is the painting I’m most often asked to turn into a #canvasprint.
Earlier this month an older lady got in touch to say how much White Horse Hill had meant to her throughout her life. Having recently moved to a new flat in East Sussex, she wanted a canvas print of “Long Grass at White Horse Hill” for her wall, but didn't feel confident ordering it online, and asked if I could arrange it for her. No problem!
Her canvas print arrived with her last week and she's "delighted" with it. It's already hanging in pride of place, reminding her of a landscape she loves so much. And so do I!

Somebody asked me if I had ever painted other #WhiteHorses (other than the one at #Uffington, or the waves at the seaside on a blustery day).
Yes! I painted all the #Wiltshire White Horses. These are all modern - cut in the 18th & 19th centuries, but gorgeous nonetheless.
This was a commission for someone who had walked the White Horse Trail.

It has been in use for at least 5,000 years and is widely recognised as Britain's oldest road. The path is littered with Neolithic burial mounds, Iron Age hill forts, and other historical features. The Ridgeway is a designated National Trail and offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.Today I went #hiking along the #Ridgeway 😀 I managed to go 13 miles, though it was a really hard slog at the end!
