Hey everybody!

Great work and interesting projects for #ttm2, but it's time to hang up 2 and move on to #ttm3! This month, let's see if we can't get some positivity going or twist the themes into unrecognizable irony. ;)

Our themes are: growth, openness, and sky

Be sure to post what you have for #ttm2 of you haven't! It doesn't have to be finished and it'll help others with their own personal improvement.

Tabletop Monthly Challenge (@[email protected])

Hello Tabletop.Social! This is the #tabletopmonthly guide. Read below if you're interested in joining a monthly community event. Three keywords will be announced at the beginning of every month for inspiration or guidance. Incorporate them however you want in a piece of tabletop related work. It can be painting a figure, writing a short campaign module, sketching a character, or anything else in between. 1/3

#ProjectPerilous > The Whateleys

Annnnd... it's over. Old Whateley, the last one for #TabletopMonthly challenge #ttm2, is done.

I'll post a group shot of the whole family tomorrow to wrap things up.

#ProjectPerilous > The Whateleys

Last one for #TabletopMonthly challenge #ttm2: Old Whateley

Turned out I ran out cyanocrylate "Super Glue gel" but I had some epoxy, so that's what I used. This stuff stinks and I f%$k up the mix so it took way longer than 5mn to cure but it should hold.

Good thing it took that time though: of course, I first assembled it with his head turned towards his *ss...

The #TheDunwichHorror is done

#PaintingMinis: a warm grey + white "ghostly" version (as seen in the drybrushing stage pic) would have worked quite well, but that gross organic look was more fun to paint and to play. And that makes it a mini that can serve as something else.

Oh... What the %$*... why not?!
So... #tabletopmonthly Challenge
#ttm2 + #ProjectPerilous "The Whateleys": here comes
#TheDunwichHorror.
Let's see how it will turn out...
#Scratchbuilt #Minis

Hey everybody!

Just a little while longer until #ttm2 draws to a close. Hopefully we've all been having a good time and learning a few new things along the way. :)

Just remember to post whatever you have by the 31st. Even if it's not done, having something to show doesn't just help you. Others benefit from whatever insight you gained during the process regardless of completion.

Hope to see you all at the end of the month!

4- #ProjectPerilous / "The Whateleys"

Wilbur is done. Hard to photograph but I'm quite pleased with how it actually looks.

And that's another mini for #ttm2

#Minis

3- #ProjectPerilous / "The Whateleys"

Wilbur is taking more time than I thought he would.

#MiniaturePainting: it's OK as it is for tabletop gaming, but there are tiny details that works visually and thematically and it would be too bad not to paint them.

#PaintingMinis  #ttm2

So... #tabletopmonthly Challenge.
The themes (completely open to interpretation) for #ttm2: "determined, invasive, and iconoclast".
I think that matches a group of #Minis I want to play:
"The Whateleys" Villain list for #PerilousTales.
I've already started. I just need to finish by the end of the month.

- Lavinia (done)
- Wilbur (WIP)
- Old Man Whateley (To do)
- #TheDunwichHorror (To do)
