@Cluster15 Die Zukunft ist da völlig unklar. Für #DeMail wurde damals extra der rechtliche Rahmen geschaffen. Ansonsten bleibt nur das #Fax übrig, das für eine rechtsverbindliche Kommunikation verwendet werden kann.

Was gibt es ansonsten noch so da draußen als mögliche Lösungen?

Wenn man wollte, konnte man etwas vergleichbares mit standardisierter #Verschlüsselung (S/MIME und #OpenPGP) und einem entsprechenden #TrustCenter aufbauen. Das wäre allerdings Neuland für die Verwaltung.

Ein System in Anlehnung an das besondere elektronische Anwaltspostfach (beA).

Eine Kombination aus Webportal und E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen. Einige Krankenkassen und Banken kommunizieren so mit ihren Kunden: Einloggen in das Webportal und dort in einer Art Webmailer kommunizieren. Benachrichtigungen über neue Inhalte gehen per E-Mail raus.
