Long time ago, I traumatized a bully in my foster home who was trying to make me feel bad as someone who had already lived in that home for 9 years at that point. (From age 8)
They said "Your parents don't want you!"
And I looked at her and her buddies, confused, and said, "My mom is dead. She loved and adored me. At least I am here because I have no place to go. You are here because you are a brat who is here for acting out like an asshole."
