Worst case translation: The company is sued and you must reimburse the company for the attorney fees they spend defending themselves. That is my understanding of the gist of “indemnification”.

I cancelled my subscription when my yearly sub ended last year before the price hike. Now there is no way. I moved to #Trailforks for tracking and exploration as it's more in line with what I do on a bike. Better value along with an Outside.com sub. I still use Strava, but their free tier is fine.
