California Toxics: Out of state, out of mind

Two of the most heavily used landfills for California toxics are near Native American reservations, a CalMatters investigation found.

Richmond is planning to build housing on a site that UC Berkeley's Dr Kristina Hill describes as a "world-class scary cornucopia of #chemicals, many of which will never degrade... It just seems to me on its face to be an injustice and, frankly, stupid to put housing on a #contaminated site."
