Weapons, Spells, Insults, and Mindgames are all left up to experienced players to develop. I have stats, but as soon as I publish them I am moving beyond Minimum Viable TTRPG. Timeframes and ranges is already pushing it.

Wrote this #TootRPG years ago.

1. Everyone makes a character. Last person does the rest. You may change this rule. Very universal this game.
2. If someone narrates something you don't like, roll 1d6. On 4+ the other player, will narrate something weaker.

For a more realistic game, you may also claim something is not realistic instead of rolling. Other players may prove you wrong.

For more cinematic play, you may hand out d8s, if you deem a contribution so. Receiving player may use once.
