Wait! What??!! What is happening right now??!! It melted (see post from last night) into MonoCookie when I "softened" the butter (plant-based butter). So I put the dough in the fridge overnight and just made a batch, I had to break off chunks it was so cold.

And now! <waves hands at pan> It's MonoCookie again!! Where did my cookie mojo go? WHAT ARE THESE COOKIE SHENANIGANS??
