One of the problems of living where I do in the northern suburbs is that there's no sourdough or wholemeal bread.

So I bake it nmyself, and I love that.

But with Melbourne's rollercoaster weather, it means maybe you're baking when it's 18° in summer, or maybe it's 36° like today.

So this wasn't the most ecologically sound loaf, but look at it! Perfect!

This morning’s run was Too Hot! Ended up walking about half (and not passing out or getting a massive headache from exertion). Very little breeze, high humidity and 80F blech. Can’t wait for the weather to start cooling down.
