To be honest, I'm still not a huge fan of the Eleventh Doctor and probably ranks towards the bottom of the nu-Who Doctors (War Doctor didn't get enough time on-screen and is ranked at the bottom).

I know the whole "I don't want to go" thing has been memed a bit, but given the number of regenerations (including repressed/hidden memories of one and the meta-crisis), the Tenth Doctor definitely has a reason to not want to regenerate beyond just vanity.
