Molestava le sue giovani allieve durante le sessioni di stretching, approfittando delle sessioni in assenza dei genitori: con questa accusa un insegnante di Taekwondo di 42 anni è stato condannato a 4 anni e 10 mesi di reclusione dal Tribunale di Rimini davanti al quale era accusato di violenza sessuale aggravata su quattro atlete minorenni. Il sostituto procuratore investito del caso – riportano l’edizione locale de il Resto del Carlino e il Corriere Romagna – aveva chiesto 11 anni.
Secondo quanto ricostruito nelle indagini, le molestie sarebbero avvenute tra il 2018 e il 2020 durante gli allenamenti in una palestra di Cattolica, nel Riminese. L’uomo, con il pretesto di correggere le posizioni di stretching, avrebbe molestato le ragazzine approfittando delle sessioni in assenza dei genitori.
L’indagine dei Carabinieri, coordinata dal Pubblico Ministero, è partita dal racconto spontaneo di due delle bambine alla madre e a un’insegnante. L’imputato ha sempre negato gli addebiti, sostenendo che le giovani avessero frainteso i suoi gesti. La difesa del 42enne, riporta sempre la stampa locale, presenterà appello una volta a conoscenza delle motivazioni della sentenza di primo grado.

He harassed his young pupils during stretching sessions, taking advantage of the sessions in the absence of their parents: a 42-year-old Taekwondo instructor was sentenced to 4 years and 10 months imprisonment by the Rimini Court, before which he was accused of aggravated sexual assault on four underage athletes. The deputy prosecutor handling the case – according to the local editions of *il Resto del Carlino* and *Corriere Romagna* – had requested 11 years.
According to what was reconstructed in the investigations, the harassment occurred between 2018 and 2020 during training at a gym in Cattolica, in the Rimini area. The man, under the pretext of correcting stretching positions, harassed the young girls taking advantage of the sessions in the absence of their parents.
The investigation by the Carabinieri, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office, began with the spontaneous testimony of two of the girls to their mother and a teacher. The defendant always denied the charges, claiming that the young women had misunderstood his gestures. The defense of the 42-year-old, the local press reports, will appeal once the reasons for the first-instance judgment are known.
