When you consume as much #truecrime stuff as I do that really delves into the trials, you realize just how many famous cases against serial killers and the like are just riddled with blatant violations of Constitutional rights that in a lot of cases a competent attorney could have turned into something.

Like I am convinced Bugliosi committed so many violations in the prosecution of the #TheMansonFamily they should probably all get a mistrial in a country with a real justice system.

Why do people not call The #MansonFamily #Terrorists more often?

They were a deranged #cult with a mostly incoherent political ideology BUT so are (so called) Islamic State #ISIS / #ISK / etc. and they are always called terrorists?

To me the Manson Family seem a lot like ISIS, just smaller and less "successful"
