Who was Alessandro Pineschi, the Italian fighter killed in Ukraine?
Known to everyone as “Alex,” he was a soldier by profession. A former Alpina (Alpine soldier), he was 42 years old and born in Spezia. He had arrived in Ukraine a month ago, enlisted by the 8th Regiment for special operations. He died with the comrades of his unit.

Conosciuto da tutti come "Alex", era un soldato di professione. Ex alpino, aveva 42 anni ed era nato alla Spezia. Era arrivato in Ucraina da un mese, ingaggiato dall'8° Reggimento per le operazioni speciali. E' morto con i compagni della sua unità
