Hello world, advice needed please.

I'm trying to #degoogle. I probably have 100's of old signups to apps, websites etc, most barely used #thanksADHD. But often used meta apps, google etc.

Is this something to be concerned about? I've had adblockers on Firefox and often used a VPN but I'm assuming tracking has been profiling me through my online activity which is creepy AF.

I've been reading about #therighttobeforgotten #GDPR, I'm a UK resident. Is it worth trying to send requests for this?

lol, I had an email this morning with my fastrak statement for the month, and I was like.... when did I use my fastrak recently?

Now, hours after I saw the email I was like "oh right, I crossed a bridge on my birthday to do beach day". #ThanksADHD

Blah, car renewal is due soon, and I nearly forgot about it. #ThanksADHD >.< Good news is that I can just take care of it at a DMV kiosk, and there's one that isn't entirely out of my way on the way back from the pet store where I need to go anyway to restock on Carmen's food and litter.

So I guess that's this evening's chores planned.

Once a book is published my brain tosses it out the window. It's gone and I have no memories left of writing it or what I did with that book. It's off my desk and Not My Problem.

@teomatteo89 my college roommates used to joke that i have “selective hearing” and i thought i was just hard of hearing (also true bc hereditary)

But now it makes so much more sense…

@eyspahn last round of testing ended on @tooot but was never really satisfied. I was willing to pay for that “you must pay to really use” client whose name escapes me #ThanksADHD. The problem with that one is that the free version is too crippled to really evaluate. I assume to start the trial you need to enter a card and that’s a hard NO from me #ADHDTax

It's a minor irk, and one that Americans usually don't have to deal with... but since
Mastodon was developed on the Euro side of the big pond, all these extra u littering the interface is making my eye twitch.

I know, I know, I should get off my butt and make a US English localization myself and submit a pull request. I also know I already have too many other things in my todo list, and my brain is made of swiss cheese and cats. #ThanksADHD
