I worked for some good program directors and some not so good in my radio years. Hearing that Ed Chandler has died has me gutted. He was one of the best program directors I ever worked with while he was at KBUC. Always supportive and one of the most natural voices to ever sit behind the mic. The world of broadcast radio was better because Ed Chandler was there as he understood how to superserve an audience and community. RIP Ed.
