I think you can remove https://wiki.netbsd.org/projects/project/teredo/ from the list of projects. Last year I tried to use teredo (on Linux) and have not found any still running #teredo server.

Where can I find an open Teredo server in 2023?

debian's miredo's config points at teredo-debian.remlab.net. This used to be an alias for teredo.remlab.net but now it doesn't resolve.

Two years ago teredo.remlab.net was taken down and then put back up as an alias for the Tampere regional Internet exchange (TREX) Teredo server[0]. Now it doesn't resolve.

TREX says[1] that teredo.trex.fi is "open to anyone". This resolves!

But then miredo says "No reply from Teredo server".

Am I going to have to bother with a real VPN setup for my laptop in my Swedish wardrobe?

I just discovered that not only are my nearest 6to4 and teredo relays hosted by HE, but miredo's default teredo server teredo-debian.remlab.net -> teredo.remlab.net -> miredo.svr01.mucip.net is *also* hosted inside a Hurricane Electric AS.

Thank you, HE. I know it's in your own self-interest as the worlds biggest IPv6 backbone, but I'm grateful that our interests coincide.
