I finished my 2004 #tempestry for the #DenaliNationalPark weather station centennial. This was such an unexpectedly thought provoking project.

I’ll be part of the climate perspectives panel on the 23rd, talking about #knitting, learned context, and feelings, and @AlaskaWx will be the keynote speaker. Plus dogs!

I’m knitting a #tempestry for the centennial of the #denalinationalpark weather station, using data from 2004, the first summer I spent here. I didn’t yet know this climate at all, but February’04 is retroactively stressing me out. Even this color called “Thaw” makes me anxious.

It’s a fun project to be part of though.
