@miranda_blue I just report any #RoboCallers to my local #Telco #regulator ( @BNetzA ) as #UnsolicitedCalls by businesses without explicit consent beforehand are not legal and reported numbers get terminated like #Phishing and #Scam-#SMS within minutes of reporting.

This explains a lot... Unfortunately I don't have access to a rooted Android device right now, but it would be interesting to crowdsource a database of flags used by different carriers around the world. Maybe one already exists?
