Seems TM Unifi is now blocking ports 80 and 443, and who knows what else. This means on-prem appliances and services, like NAS drives and smart home/lights, will not be accessible outside your home.
Of course, products you buy from TM will work fine, along with certain "approved" brands and platforms.

TIL that the TM Unifi router 'belongs' to you, the customer, under a hire-puchase contract. This is despite the fact the TM has full remote control of your router.

This means that TM can screw up your router any time, then turn around and say "not my problem", and conveniently make you to buy a new router every 2 years.
