I swear I saw a video of the #meteorite landing in #Tekapo last night on Rnz this morning.

None of their articles currently have the video attached that I can find. YouTube and other searches aren't showing it without a fight, it seems.

Spent last night in #Tekapo ,seeing the delightful #BillyTheBard . A night of magic, storytelling, poetry, stargazing and fun. Really enjoyed the show, 10/10 for concept and execution.

Unfortunately, transitioning the sleeping 3 year old back into the car seat was a whole other thing.We weren't able to wake her properly (TV tells me a slap on the face might work but that seems like a big gamble). It was like she was stuck in a nightmare and demonically screeching like the possessed. Harrowing😱🥺

So Lake Tekapo has a bookstore too.

I absolutely loved Petronella’s Gallery and Book shop. So many wonderful books and stationery and trinkets and beautiful things. I found my mum’s Mother’s Day present, and my nephews birthday present.
