Fun fact: 45% of adults in the #USA have never drank #alcohol and 57% did not last year. Being a #teetotaler is actually MORE common than being even a social drinker. I truly hate alcohol, so this pleases me.

I find that I have drifted away from drinking, with the exception of a glass of wine at holiday dinners with family. It was not so much intentional as a gradual loss of interest and a gradual and growing awareness of how it made me feel, both during and after, and the realization that I didn't like the feeling. Apparently, I am not alone.
