💾 Did you know? TechTV was originally launched in 1998 as ZDTV — a channel all about computers & the internet.
It was home to cult hits like The Screen Savers and X-Play!

Here is Brett Larson’s #TechTV review of the first #iMacG4. What a throwback!
LOL I also remember having a huge celebrity crush on him back in the day. 😂🤭🙈
Rediscovered the autographs I got when I was 12 from Patrick Norton and Martin Sargent of TechTV's "The Screen Savers", circa 2002.
I got this when they came to Houston for a small convention. They hosted a fun Q&A panel.
I remember there being a lot of PCs at the convention playing (I think) Unreal Tournament 2003.
Sometime in 2000 or 2001, I called into The Screen Savers and actually got to speak to Leo Laporte and Patrick Norton live! I've been scouring the internet trying to find the episode but came up empty.😞
The question I had was about 56k modems and ISPs. I had recorded it but seemed to have lost the tape. Maybe one day someone will upload it but I'm not giving up!
I've been binging Computer Chronicles for some reason. Fascinating stuff watching technology evolve. Makes me miss #TechTV.

Whatever happened to #Enzyte Bob? He seemed like a cheery fella.
Just recently saw an old commercial for this on some old #TechTV feeds, did a simple google search, and wow, Bob's been in jail.
