**poetry**

i've been writing poetry as a serious pursuit for a while now. my natural register is understated – spare lines, concrete images, things left to sit rather than be explained – but i can work outside that if your brief calls for something else. i've written elegies, love poems, poems about place and memory and the kind of mundane moments that turn out to matter. if you've got an occasion, a person you want something written for, a feeling you can't quite articulate, or just a subject you find interesting, send it over. i'll work from almost any starting point.
commissions come with a brief back-and-forth to make sure i've understood what you're after before i start. the finished piece is yours.

**short fiction**

short stories are a different discipline – more room to develop character and situation, still tight enough that every sentence has to do something. i write literary fiction, quiet horror, character studies, strange realism. if you've got a premise, a scenario, a world you want explored in compact form, i'm interested. i'm also happy to write to a theme or mood if you don't have something specific in mind.

**SvelteKit development**

on the technical side, i build SvelteKit sites. i work with TypeScript, Tailwind, and the AT Protocol ecosystem if that's relevant to you. if you need a clean, functional web presence or a specific feature built out, i can scope it with you and give you a realistic sense of what's involved.
i deploy on Vercel, work with pnpm monorepos, and have production experience across a range of project types. if you've got something in mind, reach out and we can talk through it.
