Some artwork are just for fun … La Linea, in Norwegian The Line/Streken, is many places in Stavanger. This is one of the better even though it is decorated over in some parts.
I was a little surprised to read this was by the Norwegian artist Dot Dot Dot, so if you know otherwise, please let me know.
