"#StephenAvenue is named after the Canadian Pacific Railway’s first president, Lord George Stephen, and was #Calgary’s main street in the 1890s. It was home to a number of important businesses such as the Hudson’s Bay Company, the #Alberta Hotel, and the Calgary Herald. For a time, it was the place to see and be seen, which is not too different from today."
