Hi Gordon
I have been developing a #stemmer for #afrikaans for two years now. Using my Afrikaans spelling data as input.
Its really difficult and messy, so I had to develop a methodolgy, lots of Regex.
Would like to expose the stemmer soon, get improvement suggestions, then open source it on NLTK
