I lived my whole life without chimichurri till a year or so ago. That’s sadness, man.

So I cooked me up a flatiron steak and had it with garlicky, spicy chimichurri. That’s mashed brown butter sweet potato with sage.

Some garlic green beans, which I had to have because the clock was ticking, but what I really wanted was coleslaw. Alas. But I ate my veggies!
