It was quite funny that there were CSS features I had designed where I had to select "Heard of it" because *technically* I haven't used them yet. 😅

Surprised ident() didn’t make the cut. Personally, that’s the feature I’m looking forward to the most (+ mixins, functions, attr(), if())

* 2024年を「CSS Classic」と「New CSS」ターニングポイントとして振り返る
* 「CSS Classic」とは CSS の限られた機能を使い、外部のライブラリやポスト・プリプロセッサーに頼ったり、（管理のための）厳格な方法論を用意して取り組むこと。
* 「New CSS」とは、Subgridとか :has()、変数、コンテナクエリーとか、その他の最近導入された多くの新しくてイケてる CSS の機能を取り入れたアプローチ。これまでの追加のツールが不要になるだけでなく、複雑な JavaScript がないとできなかった表現も CSS で実現する。

プリプロセッサー・ポストプロセッサーのセクションは、いまだ Sass/SCSS が多いけどこれは過去のに制作されたものをメンテナンスしてるだけなんじゃないかという気もする…

CSS の Pain Points （つらいところ）の2位が #TailwindCSS なのちょっと面白いな。まあ言っても全体の 5% だけど。
一番使われてるライブラリも #Tailwind だったので必然的に否定的な声も母数がちょっと多くなってるんだろうな
