I keep feeling I'm behind because I didn't do all the things that were expected of me by the age of 25. I'm 36 currently.
Seeing this image just now, was so needed.

Someone posted "SPF doesn't bring anything to the table that DKIM can't do better." to a mailing list that I subscribe to earlier today.
That statement is causing me to pause and think.
As a fan of SPF+SRS, I want to disagree. I want to point to something wrong. But I can't.
I'm stuck thinking about all the cases where SPF is used that DKIM can't as easily be used.
I tend to come back to SPF and DKIM are solving slightly different but closely related things. SPF says what source systems are authorized to send messages as specific senders. DKIM vouches for the source message.
I liken it to an ACL filtering source IP vs TLS verifying cryptographic signatures of what is sent.
I can see using SPF for a more simpler config systems and keeping DKIM on fewer complex mail servers.

The longest word you can type using only the letters on one row of an English typewriter, is "typewriter".

In honour of the USA civics test I took yesterday, did you know there's a basketball court on the 5th floor of the Supreme Court building in Washington D.C.?
Makes answering "what is the highest court in the land" a tricky question.
