When I'm too busy with work to do any sewing, I can still enjoy wearing what I've made. After all, I think of wearing and washing the jeans as an extension of the creative process.
These are two Roebucks-type pairs I finished on December 31 last year. I often like to make two identical or very similar pairs at once; one to wash and wear, and one to keep as a kind of selfmade new old stock.
It's fun to observe the gradual changes over time. This pair has started fading a bit and should be fun to watch over the next several moths.

The yellow size tag is made of paper reinforced with cotton mesh fused to the back, and can easily be torn off. Ready for a first wash! The second pair I made I'll keep as a kind of self-made "new old stock", to be worn maybe 10 or 20 years from now.
