I wrote about Margot Bennett for SF Caledonia. Better known as a crime writer, she wrote two SF novels: The Long Way Back (1954) and The Furious Masters (1968). In the 1930s, she had been a communist who served with the British Medical Unit during the Spanish Civil War.
