लिफ्ट लाइसेंस: हिमाचल में बिना अनुमति लिफ्ट लगाने पर होगी सख्त कार्रवाई, ऑनलाइन पोर्टल शुरू

Himachal News: हिमाचल प्रदेश में अब बिना लिफ्ट लाइसेंस के लिफ्ट लगाना गैरकानूनी होगा। सरकार ने सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए लिफ्ट स्थापना के एक महीने के भीतर लाइसेंस लेना अनिवार्य किया है। नए नियमों के तहत ऑनलाइन पोर्टल शुरू किया गया है, जिससे आवेदन प्रक्रिया आसान हो गई है। यह लोगों को सुरक्षित और पारदर्शी व्यवस्था प्रदान करता है। गैर-पंजीकृत लिफ्टों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई शुरू हो चुकी है।

लिफ्ट लाइसेंस के लिए नए नियम

हिमाचल प्रदेश लिफ्ट अधिनियम 2009 के तहत लिफ्ट लगाने वालों को एक महीने के भीतर लिफ्ट लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन करना होगा। लोक निर्माण विभाग के सचिव डॉ. अभिषेक जैन ने बताया कि कई लोग इस नियम से अनजान हैं। अगस्त 2024 तक केवल 1000 लिफ्टें पंजीकृत थीं, जो अब बढ़कर 1900 हो गई हैं। बिना लाइसेंस वाली 1500 लिफ्टों को नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं। यह नियम लोगों की सुरक्षा के लिए लागू किया गया है।

ऑनलाइन पोर्टल से आसान प्रक्रिया

मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू के निर्देश पर लिफ्ट लाइसेंस के लिए ऑनलाइन पोर्टल शुरू किया गया है। लोग edistrict.hp.gov.in पर जाकर आवेदन कर सकते हैं। पंजीकरण, अनुमति और नवीनीकरण की प्रक्रिया अब पूरी तरह डिजिटल है। शुल्क का भुगतान भी ऑनलाइन किया जा सकता है। जून 2025 तक 3500 लिफ्टों का निरीक्षण हो चुका है, जो पिछले साल की तुलना में काफी अधिक है। यह व्यवस्था लोगों में विश्वास जगाती है।

सुरक्षा और राजस्व में सुधार

नए नियमों से लिफ्ट दुर्घटनाओं में कमी आई है। हर लिफ्ट में पंजीकरण और लाइसेंस की प्रति लगाना अनिवार्य है। डॉ. अभिषेक जैन ने बताया कि प्रदेश में 3500 लिफ्टें संचालित हो रही हैं। पंजीकरण अनिवार्य करने से राजस्व में बढ़ोतरी हुई है। 16 साल में 7.5 लाख रुपये का राजस्व मिला था, जबकि फरवरी से जून 2025 तक 5.58 लाख रुपये प्राप्त हुए। डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड से पारदर्शिता बढ़ी है।

गैर-पंजीकृत लिफ्टों पर कार्रवाई

सरकार ने गैर-पंजीकृत लिफ्टों के खिलाफ सख्त रुख अपनाया है। अगस्त 2024 तक 2500 लिफ्टें बिना पंजीकरण के थीं, जिनमें से 1500 का पंजीकरण अभी बाकी है। जैन ने लोगों से अपील की कि वे लिफ्ट अधिनियम के नियमों का पालन करें। बिना लाइसेंस लिफ्ट चलाने वालों पर कार्रवाई होगी। यह कदम न केवल सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करता है, बल्कि लोगों का भरोसा भी बढ़ाता है।
